What if I told you it is easier to lose all the weight by eating the foods you love, wouldn’t that be good news? It’s true. Even ask Oprah who admits with Weight Watcher’s and admits to eating bread everyday, her favorite and still losing weight. The difference here is you are in CONTROL of what you eat & drink and when. Eat & drink what you want, I can’t stress that enough, stay under the calories for weight loss & lose it for life! It’s hard enough to lower your daily calories to lose weight never mind giving up all the foods you love at the same time, TOO MUCH and certainly not attainable. Which is part of the reason why diets don’t work. You lose but then you gain it all back & more, speaking from experience. All you have to do is track your daily food & drink to make sure you are under the calories for weight loss. More benefits; disease-free, clear skin, better sleep, less to no body aches & pains and the list goes on. Takes 10 min’s out of your day! Aren’t you worth it? Ex of 1200cal day with 14grams of fiber using the Lose It App. Weightloss is (eventually) between 1200-1800 calories daily for active people and 1000-1500cals for inactive according to the World Gov’t Health Guidelines. (I should lose 1lbs eating only 1200cals total today, I’ve lost 3lbs in 2 days) As you can see I am eating the foods I love (I have a bit of a sweet tooth) and still losing weight. And you can too!
